FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Storeman to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Having certification in Inventory Management, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
Must have experience with stock management systems or ERP software especially SAP
Must have familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Must have previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must have proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Must have excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must have ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have a valid driver’s license may be required, depending on operational needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To organize and maintain inventory in accordance with company procedures and standards.
To receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring it meets quality requirements.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and transactions using inventory management systems.
Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are picked and packed correctly.
Assist with regular stock takes and audits to verify inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate logistics and fulfil orders.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
