FULL DESCRIPTIONS:
Our company is looking for the qualified Site Security Coordinator to start working urgently.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business environment;
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience; 3 years Security experience in private sector (preferably industrial sectors) with accountabilities and key measures listed above;
- Must have knowledge of best security practices, principles and objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must have well-refined interpersonal skills;
- Must have security PSIRA (Grade A) qualification.
- Must have a working proficiency of written and spoken English.
- Must have ability to work among a team of peers.
- Must have ability to work in a challenging environment and to be connected 24/7.
- Must have excellent organizational skills to be able to prioritize responsibilities meet deadlines and work in a multi-task environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure that the premises allocated to, benefit from effective and sustainable security programs that mitigate risk to our people, assets and objectives while protecting PepsiCo Brands.
- To execute operational implementation of strategic planning as directed by Security Director
- To ensure that the premises is compliant with the Site security plan
- To maintain strong working relationships with, and provide consultation to, local management teams.
- To plan and oversee periodic security self-assessments and bi-annual security risk assessment on the premises in order to identify critical vulnerabilities and to assist in closing these risks through cost-effective, best practice security enhancements.
- To develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security managers of other large multinational companies.
- To ensure compliance with PepsiCo EMEA Security Risk Management System and supporting standards and procedures.
- To assist in delivering security awareness for PepsiCo associates and training programs to security associates.
- To advise and assist before, during and after security incidents, including on-the-spot risk assessments and security advice to site leaders.
- To assist the Area Security Manager/Asst Area Security Manager in implementing security plans to strengthen the protection of our supply chain (Make/Move/Sell).
- To assist the Area Security Manager/Asst Area Security Manager in implementing security plans to strengthen the protection of our supply chain (Make/Move/Sell).
- To assist in Conducting and coordinate investigations to include counterfeit, extortion, contamination of our products, loss reduction, kidnapping, robberies, Speak Up, fraud, corruption, and security threats against the country’s interests and associates.
