FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Site Manager to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must be willing and able to respond to site after hours in the event of any security-related incident or emergency.
Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Security Management role.
Must have proven experience managing security personnel, operations, and client relationships.
Must have strong investigation skills with the ability to conduct professional investigations and compile comprehensive investigation reports.
Must have excellent report writing and administrative skills.
Must be Computer literate.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To manage all security operations on site.
To lead, supervise, and develop security personnel.
To conduct investigations into incidents and submit professional reports.
To maintain a high standard of client service and operational excellence.
To ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and gaming regulations.
To liaise with casino management, law enforcement, and other stakeholders where required.
To drive continuous improvement in security standards and operational performance.
