FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Security Officer Grade C to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must have knowledge of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
Must have strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
Must have ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally.
Must be physically fit and prepared to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Must have Driver’s license
Having firearm competecy for business purposes will be advantageous.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To supervise and coordinate security staff; maintain order and discipline.
To conduct security briefings, debriefings and assign duties/shifts.
To support team leadership and enforce compliance to site standards.
To control access points, enabling secure entry and exit.
To verify identities, manage visitor logs, regulate vehicle and pedestrian flow.
To conduct regular site patrols, building inspections, and perimeter checks.
To ensure security of premises after operating hours.
