FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Hotel Security Officer to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have proven experience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
Must have presentable appearance and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
Must have valid Psira certificate
Must have familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and safety protocols.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Having previous experience in a supervisory or lead security role is an advantage.
Having additional certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, or Crisis Management would be beneficial.
Must have experience working with diverse populations and in multicultural environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To monitor and patrol the hotel premises to detect and prevent any suspicious activities or potential security breaches.
To respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
To conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly at all times.
To implement and enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
To provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with questions and providing information about hotel services.
To collaborate with hotel management and staff to provide security briefings and training sessions.
To document incidents, report any irregularities, and maintain detailed records of all activities.
To assist in the investigation of reported incidents and provide support in creating a safer hotel environment.
