FULL DESCRIPTIONS:
Our company is looking for the qualified Fuel Attendant to start working urgently.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Grade 12 or NQF 4
- Having previous Fuel Attendant / Service Station experience will be highly advantageous
- Must have clean criminal record
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be numerate.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Decision making
- Must have good numerical ability and cash-handling skills
- Problem definition and analyses
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Written Communication
- Must have planning and organizational skills
- Compliance and safety awareness
- Must have personal resilience and adaptability
- Must have ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To balance Fuel sales after every end of shift
- To identify discrepancies and be able to solve Problems
- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Ensuring customers receive the correct fuel as requested
- Processing cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming forecourt environment
- Assisting customers with basic vehicle-related needs
- Adhering to all safety, operational, and compliance procedures.
