FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Cleaner to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must have good communication skills.
Must have basic knowledge of general hygiene practices
Must have knowledge of facility layout
Must have knowledge of cleaning products and applications
Must have ability to use a variety of cleaning equipment and products.
Must have basic literacy and communication skills
Must have understanding of departmental policies and procedures
Must have willingness to extended hours including overtime, weekends and public holidays.
Preference will be given to candidates from the local area where the office and/or position will be based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To proper cleaning of toilets, equipment, offices, state property and assets
To ensure effective use of cleaning materials and equipment.
To clean the Reception area and offices on a daily basis.
To empty office dustbins daily and dispose of all refuse appropriately in the refuse bins for collection.
To collect paper waste in the specially marked bins for collection by the Recycling Company
To check bathrooms twice a day and clean accordingly.
To dust office furniture timeously
To vacuum all carpets at least twice per week.
To clean windows on the inside at least quarterly on a rotational basis
To store all cleaning equipment and products neatly in the designated cupboards on each floor.
To provide assistance in the preparation of meetings in the boardroom.
To ensure that all OHS act (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation.
To maintain a high standard of morale and motivation through good communication skills.
