FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Barman to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have certification in bartending or completion of a related hospitality program.
Must have experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash.
Must have familiarity with current cocktail trends and beverage innovations.
Must have additional language skills that enhance customer service capabilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must have proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Must have knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar operations, and beverage service standards.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
Must have strong multitasking abilities to manage orders and customer interactions efficiently.
Must have basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
To maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
To engage with customers to provide them with a welcoming experience and assist with their drink selections.
To process customer orders efficiently and accurately, handling payments and transactions with attention to detail.
To monitor inventory levels of supplies, including garnishes, beverages, and glassware, and assist with restocking as needed.
To handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, striving for prompt resolutions.
To collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth bar operations.
To stay informed about current drink trends and new products to provide suggestions to customers and enhance offerings.
