Working Location: Cape Town, Strand

FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Armed Response Officer to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have Minimum Psira Grade C (Renewed)
Must have Grade 11/12
Must have valid Driver’s license.
Live in the surrounding areas of Strand, Somerset West or Stellenbosch
Must have firearm Competency.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must have experience working as an Armed Response Officer
Must be prepared to undergo Fitness and Firearm proficiency assessments
Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
Must be neat and Presentable
Must have no Criminal Record.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure quick and appropriate response to clients emergency calls
To ensure visibility at standoff pints and during area patrols
To ensure clients complaints are handled efficiently
To ensure that the disciplinary code is adhered to at all times
To ensure the safety of clients by checking premises thoroughly
High standard of service must be upheld
Expert knowledge about all facets pertaining to your position
To attend to all meetings and training sessions
To keep vehicle neat and tidy at all times
To assist with any problems or complaints
Officers are required to submit comprehensive reports and feedback as requested
To complete daily/weekly/check list
Officer must stand off at delegated places during peak hours
Help residents by advising and assigning possible security risks
To follow up with clients after incidences and offer assistance
To perform public relations service and introduction calls to new clients.
