FULL DESCRIPTIONS:
Our company is looking for the qualified Area Manager to start working urgently.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Grade 10 or equivalent.
- Must have 3-4 years’ experience as a driver or in a delivery-related role.
- Must have a valid Code 8 driver’s licence with a good driving record.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must have 3–5 years’ security management experience.
- Must have 1–3 years’ experience with access/egress systems and technology.
- Must have 1–3 years’ financial management (budgeting, P&L).
- Must have client relationship and customer service experience.
- Must have incident management, conflict handling, and powers of arrest.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage wages, rostering, overtime, leave, and headcount planning.
- To control site overheads, contract profitability, margins, and financial reporting.
- To drive upselling, price escalations, and revenue growth.
- To lead Site Managers and Mobile Supervisors, ensuring effective deployment and staff utilisation.
- To conduct disciplinary processes, performance reviews, training, and succession development.
- To manage PRP systems, biometric enrolment, and shift patterns.
- To maintain daily client, contact and perform regular site and after-hours visits.
- To conduct SLA reviews, risk assessments, audits, and customer meetings.
- To resolve service issues promptly and communicate effectively.
