JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Warehouse Worker Picker to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Matric
- Must have Driver licence for Forklift operator
- Must have experience as Picker, General Worker, Warehouse Worker
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must reside within 30km from job
- Must have clear criminal record
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load; pack; wrap; label; ship)
- To receive and process warehouse stock products (pick; unload; label; store)
- To perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- To keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- To complete diary logs into inventory
- To report any discrepancies
- To communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
- To operate and maintain preventive warehouse vehicles and equipment
- To follow quality service standards and comply with procedures; rules and regulations
