JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Vending Attendant to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Matric
- Must have 1-2 years’ experience as a vending assistant
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have ability to operate and maintain vending and coffee machines.
- Must have knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Must have stock management and replenishment skills.
- Must have attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Customer service orientation.
- Must have reliability and punctuality.
- Must have adaptability to changing priorities.
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To refill and maintain vending machines according to schedule.
- To monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of milk, coffee, sugar, and related supplies.
- To serve tea, coffee, and water upon request in a professional and courteous manner.
- To clean coffee machines daily and perform a thorough deep clean weekly.
- To ensure all machines and beverage areas are clean, functional, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- To perform basic troubleshooting and report technical faults for repair.
- To maintain accurate records of stock replenishment and machine performance.
