JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Handyman to start working ASAP.
KEY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have Grade 12
- Must have 3 years’ general maintenance experience
- Must have Valid Driver’s Licence
KEY REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The candidate must have the following skills and competences
- Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and building repair skills
- Must have ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Must have ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have good organization and time management
- Working with People
- Following Instructions and Procedures
- Adapting to Change
- Customer Focus
- Achieving Work Goals
KEY DUTIES:
The candidate will have to implement the following duties:
- To carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general repair work.
- To report material needs to the Senior Technician.
- To keep the workshop clean and organized.
- To complete weekly check sheets and daily work orders.
- To transport employees when required.
- To follow all Tsebo SHEQ and ISO safety standards.
