JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Client Service Officers to start working ASAP.

KEY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
  • Must have knowledge in Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations, Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Protection of Personal. Information Act (POPIA), Treasury Regulations, Batho Pele Principles, Department of Labour and UIF Policies and Procedures, UIF’s Vision and Mission and Values, Customer Care Principles, Departmental Policies, Procedures and Guidelines

KEY REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:  

The candidate must have the following skills and competences

  • Must have interview Skills
  • Communication (verbal and written) Skills
  • Must have Computer Literacy
  • Must have Listening Skills
  • Interpretation (ability to interpret UI Act and Contributions Act),
  • Must have Conflict Management Skills
  • Must have Time Management Skills
  • Must have Customer Relations Skills
  • Must have Analytical Skills
  • Must have Interpersonal Skills
  • Must have Telephone etiquette, On job training (operational system).

KEY DUTIES:

The candidate will have to implement the following duties:

  • To provide screening services.
  • To process applications for UIF benefits.
  • To register payment continuation forms.
  • To provide administrative functions.
