FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must have basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Having health and Safety training is an advantage.
Having strong communication and team coordination skills.
Must have 2–3 years’ experience in a cleaning environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and activities.
To conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
To maintain cleaning schedules, records, and incident reports.
To train staff on cleaning procedures and Tsebo protocols.
To respond to client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
