FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Carer to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Having acknowledged Carer training from reputable organisation advantageous
Must have proven experience as a Carer or experience in a similar environment
Must have knowledge of caring principles in caring for the aged, this includes: Dementia care, Palliative care, Rehabilitative care.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must be compassionate, empathetic and to genuinely care about and understand the feelings of residents, showing kindness and concern in all interactions.
Must be adaptable to changes within the role as needed.
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be responsible and accountable.
Exhibit patience and understanding.
Demonstrate professional etiquette.
Must have physical stamina and strength.
Must have ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
Must be willing to continuously learn and improve caregiving skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To collect and deliver company documentation, equipment, merchandise and other items as required.
To collect company mail from the post office and deliver it to the relevant office.
To transport employees to regional offices when required.
To read and follow daily delivery and collection instructions.
To maintain an accurate vehicle logbook, including delivery and collection tracking numbers.
To maintain the company message book and ensure messages are communicated accurately and timeously.
To conduct basic vehicle checks and identify/report vehicle faults or maintenance requirements.
To ensure company vehicles are operated safely and responsibly.
Adhere to company policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
T provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers.
To ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
