Our company is looking for the qualified Grocery Merchandiser to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To count and determine stock to be merchandised and document
To unpack stock and document what has been received
To organise and display products to attract customers and make sure all lines are on display
To keep accurate records of all stock used and continuously monitor stock levels
To change displays to match what we have or promote
To stick to display rules and plans
To use creative ideas to grab customers’ attention
To create special displays for different seasons or promotions
To check quality of products and report any damages
Fill shelves and keep track of what’s in stock
To make sure old or bad products are removed and new ones are stacked and displayed
To plan what products to have and how many
To work with various teams, including the marketing and sales teams
To use colours, lights, props, and decorations to make displays look better
To create plans for how the store looks and design signs and ads
To keep area clean, tidy and uncluttered including store room
To advise customers on the use of products and provide feedback on all complaints, queries and requests.
