FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Control Centre Operator to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have PSIRA certification Grade B
  • Must have Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Having 2+ years’ experience with alarms/CCTV Call Centre will be advantageous
  • Must have knowledge and experience of listener Monitoring platform
  • Must have experience and knowledge on Halo PTT radio communication
  • Must have knowledge and experience in working on bodycams
  • Must have knowledge and experience in guards shift reporting
  • Must have knowledge and experience of Ajax, Secutel and Videofied alarm systems
  • Must have experience in alarm and CCTV fault finding capabilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:  

  • Must have knowledge and experience on response 24, CASI and or Aura dispatch App
  • Must have relevant experience in MS Office and related monitoring software platforms
  • Must have knowledge of alarms, CCTV, access control and surveillance systems
  • Must have knowledge and experience in Event Based CCTV monitoring
  • Must have ability to operate with confidence under pressure and during emergencies
  • Must have good communication skills in English and one other South African language
  • Must have proven track record in the Electronics Security Industry
  • Must have clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record
  • Own transport.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To answer and action all incoming calls;
  • To communicate with the client, technicians and management
  • To provide proactive support of alarms, CCTV communication, overactive and inactive reports
  • To assist admin with maintenance of database, zones, user
  • Adhere to all instructions by management
  • To ensure all alarms and CCTV alarms are always actioned in accordance with the prescribed procedures
  • Undergo on-the-job training and personal development on company policies and procedures according to functional requirements.
