FULL DESCRIPTIONS:
Our company is looking for the qualified Freelance Close Protection Officer to start working urgently.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Grade 12
- Must have minimum PSIRA Grade C (registered and current)
- Must have CPO course with SASSETA Unit Standards or Equivalent
- Medical Level 3 (current)
- Advanced Driving.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must have driver evaluation, automatic vehicle driving skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Must have computer Literacy
- Must be presentable with impeccable attention to detail
- No Criminal record
- Must have at least 1 years’ experience as a CPO
- Own reliable transport.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage all security operations on site.
- To lead, supervise, and develop security personnel.
- To conduct investigations into incidents and submit professional reports.
- To maintain a high standard of client service and operational excellence.
- To ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and gaming regulations.
- To liaise with casino management, law enforcement, and other stakeholders where required.
- To drive continuous improvement in security standards and operational performance.
