JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified HR Officer to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Diploma/Degree in HR and/or equivalent qualification
- Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in:
- Human Resource Administration
- Payroll Administration
- Recruitment and Selection
- Learning & Development
- Performance and Talent Management
- HR Reporting
- Customer Service
- Stakeholder Management
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Planning and organizing
- Time Management
- BCEA, Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, Health & Safety Act
- Must be self-disciplined, motivated, energetic self –starter with an exemplary work ethos.
- Capability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels
- Must have ability to maintain confidentiality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To manage full HR administration processes, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- To coordinate recruitment activities such as job advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- To support payroll operations, including submissions, queries, and employee benefits administration.
- To provide employee relations support, including disciplinary processes and compliance with labour laws.
- To coordinate performance management and training initiatives.
- To compile and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee data records.
- To deliver HR advisory and support services to employees and line management, ensuring compliance and best practice.
