JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Our client is urgently looking for the qualified HR Officer to start working ASAP.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;

  • Must have Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma/Degree in HR and/or equivalent qualification
  • Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in:
  • Human Resource Administration
  • Payroll Administration
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Learning & Development
  • Performance and Talent Management
  • HR Reporting
  • Customer Service
  • Stakeholder Management

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:  

The applicant must have the following skills and competences

  • MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and organizing
  • Time Management
  • BCEA, Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, Health & Safety Act
  • Must be self-disciplined, motivated, energetic self –starter with an exemplary work ethos.
  • Capability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels
  • Must have ability to maintain confidentiality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:

  • To manage full HR administration processes, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
  • To coordinate recruitment activities such as job advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • To support payroll operations, including submissions, queries, and employee benefits administration.
  • To provide employee relations support, including disciplinary processes and compliance with labour laws.
  • To coordinate performance management and training initiatives.
  • To compile and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee data records.
  • To deliver HR advisory and support services to employees and line management, ensuring compliance and best practice.
