JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaner to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Rigorous technical cleaning abilities
- Must have ability to safely handle chemical products
- Must have strong time management and organizing skills
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Must be able to conduct oneself professionally
- English fluency (written and verbal)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment
- To perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming offices and workspace
- To clean and sanitize office areas, workshop, and all toilets
- To dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, walls, doors, and windowsills
- To clean interior windows and ensure general tidiness of the office
- Empty and manage waste bins
- Refill bathroom supplies such as soap
- To wash curtains and cleaning cloths as required
- To prepare tea and coffee for staff
- To report any maintenance or plumbing issues to the relevant safety officers
- To carry out general housekeeping duties to ensure the workplace remains organized and presentable
