JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Picker Night Shift to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Matric
- Must have Driver licence for Forklift operator
- Must have experience as Picker
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must reside within 30km from job
- Must have clear criminal record
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick according to schedule (pick; pack; wrap; label)
- To keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- To report any discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedure, rules, and regulations.
- To handle heavy lifting, moving products as needed.
- To operate a scanner to track and record inventory movements.
- To build and maintain product knowledge to assist with accurate picking and packing.
- To work efficiently, especially during peak periods.
