JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Receptionist to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Matric
- Must have experience as Admin Assistant, Admin Clerk, Admin Intern, Admin Officer, Administrator, Receptionist
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must reside within 30km from job
- Must have clear criminal record
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To maintain computer literacy
- To demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette
- To answer and direct phone calls
- To provide support to visitors and act as a point of contact for clients
- To learn and adapt to new systems
- Print and file weekly sales, Consols and Purchase report for all DC’s
- Ordering of stationery
- Daily scanning and completing stamp for expenses
- Customs documents to be obtained and saved (Tax and Compliance)
- Capturing of expenses (as requested) – back up for expense clerk
- Call for Statements
- Print AP vendor listings for risk file check
- Assisting with risk file checks AP vs Statements
- Opening and labeling files
- To develop and maintain a filing system
