JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Storeman to start working ASAP.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Matric / Grade 12
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Must be honest and reliable
- Must have ability to work effectively within a team
- Must have ability to work under pressure
- Must have strong customer service orientation
- Must have driver’s license (Code 10) (advantageous)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To load and off-load of trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- To maintain a clean, neat and organized work area at all times
- Willingness to work overtime when operationally required
- To assisting with monthly stock takes and stock control activities
- Ton supervise and coordinate shed staff
- To ensure accurate picking and loading of stock according to invoices
