JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Ward Hostess to start working ASAP.
KEY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have Matric
KEY REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The candidate must have the following skills and competences
- Must have good personal hygiene
- Need to be able to work in a demanding environment
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must be honest and reliable
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Client service orientated
- Previous experience in a hospital environment
KEY DUTIES:
The candidate will have to implement the following duties:
- To serve all food and beverages within a timely manner and attend to patient requests in order to ensure they have a great customer experience.
- To ensure that menu cards are accurately filled out with the patient’s selection.
- To ensure that the menu cards are returned as quickly as possible to the kitchen.
- To ensure that you update your diet list before meals.
- After serving meals to patients, trolleys should be returned to the kitchen in an orderly fashion.
- Before placing trays in the trolley and setting them in front of the patient, make sure they are complete.
- To ensure the ward kitchen is consistently clean and orderly.
- To ensure that the Company & Statutory regulations regarding cleanliness & hygiene are complied with within all tasks undertake
