JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Loader to start working ASAP.
KEY REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must have at least 3 months’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry.
KEY REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The candidate must have the following skills and competences
- Must have organizational understanding
- In-house systems
- Business processes, rules, and procedures
- Communication – written, verbal
- Accuracy/ Attention to detail
- Numerical ability

KEY DUTIES:
The candidate will have to implement the following duties:
- To load bread according to picking slip.
- To follow pipeline loading sequence.
- To tray count and balancing of trays in a truck.
- Must have attend daily invocom.
- To ensure daily loading and offloading of bread on site.
- To ensure that quality bread is loaded.
- To ensure a correct stock rotation (FIFO)
- To report back on loading related matters to management.
- To ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
