FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Hotel Security and Safety Manager to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or corporate security management.
Must have relevant qualifications in Security Management, Risk Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
Must have extensive knowledge of South African safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Must be PSIRA registered
Must be PSIRA Grade A certified

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Must have experience with CCTV systems, access control, and incident reporting.
Must have demonstrated leadership, effective communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To develop, implement, and maintain hotel-wide security policies and procedures.
To monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security audits.
To manage access control for staff, guests, and contractors.
To investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and authorities.
To liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.
